Level 1 & 2 Vinyasa Yoga is a physical practice full of gentle poses and stretching used to connect the mind, body and spirit. Using your breath to deepen your practice and meditation you leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated with a clear mind.
Kids Yoga is sectioned in series varying from two, to five weeks. Kids will have a physical practice with fun poses, using their imaginations while we play games, sing songs, enjoy guided meditation and so much more. Kids yoga is developed to encourage kids to be themselves and find their passions and dreams.
